The sixth season of The Curse of Oak Island ended with a bang. The news that the team may have found an ancient ship under the swamp has left fans with a huge cliffhanger that won’t be resolved until the next season.
To make matters even worse, the premiere date for The Curse of Oak Island Season 7 isn’t known yet. Still, at least fans know that season 7 is confirmed and that it will be made. Some spoilers have leaked as well. A recent video released by Pro Sports Extra claimed that the team is “more determined than ever to solve this 224-year-old mystery.” There are also some hints that the team will go back to the Money Pit, after roaming across the whole island in search of the treasure.
One thing that will make things harder is that the upcoming season is filed during the winter, which makes everything more complicated near the coast of Nova Scotia.
The seventh season is expected to be aired sometime in November 2019 and it will have between 18 and 20 episodes, so it will be a tad shorter than the last season. That still leaves enough time for fans to develop their own theories about the location of the treasure and the future of Oak Island.
