Francia and Selena were really close friends. They even used to live together. Francia had learned about Selena’s condition- she was suffering from Lupus!

Selena needed a kidney donor. Raisa didn’t even take a second to think. She volunteered her kidney without having a second thought. “I knew she hadn’t been feeling well. She couldn’t open a water bottle one day, and she chucked it and just started crying. I was like, “ of course, I’ll get tested.”

The story of their friendship became famous everywhere. But rumors are that the best friends had a falling out after that.

At first, they struggled to live a normal life.

“We went through a depression at the time. We kind of just wanted to be normal and not have attention on us”.

Raisa didn’t want to eat or drink because of the complications. She couldn’t do any physical activities for 2 months. It’s harder on the donor because we are losing something our body didn’t need to lose. Raisa’s career was also affected by it.

On the other hand, Gomez was irresponsible. Despite the doctor’s orders, she refused to live a healthy life. Selena had developed some bad habits! She started unhealthy living again after she had recovered. Selena and Raisa stopped talking to each other. According to a source, in 2019, they haven’t seen each other for months.

Francia was frustrated because Selena was not taking care of her health.

Neither Gomez and Raisa have spoken about their relation rumors since then. Selena reportedly claimed the rumors to be false. She claims to still be good friends with Raisa. But they are not seen together anywhere…

Demi Lovato has told us what her friendship with the fellow Disney alum Selena Gomez looks like now.

The two actresses were co-stars in Disney era, with Demi breaking out in the 2008 film Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers and Selena beginning in the series Wizards of Waverly Place in 2007. They both rose to fame in their teenage years.

There were speculations, therefore, that the similarities between them mean that their friendship will have endured the years after their Disney careers. However, things haven’t always been so easy for the two.

Earlier this year, Demi performed her new song ‘Anyone’ at the Grammy awards. That was her first return to the music ceremony since she was hospitalized due to an overdose in 2018. For that, Selena congratulated her publicly on her Instagram Stories and wrote: ‘I wish there were words to describe how beautiful, inspirational, and DESERVED this moment was. Demi, I’m so happy for you. Thank you for your courage and bravery.’

When asked about her message in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar US, Demi explained that she was grateful for what Selena did but that they are not close anymore.

‘When you grow up with somebody, you’re always going to have a love for them. But I’m not friends with her, so it felt …’ she told the magazine before she stopped herself. ‘I will always have a love for her, and I wish everybody nothing but the best.’

Selena Gomez made it clear on Instagram that there was no drama between her and Bella Hadid after Bella deleted a photo Selena commented on. But there is a backstory that led to Selena making her final statement defending Bella.

Sources connected to Bella say that the model “actually went out of her way to reach out to Selena this weekend to squash any potential beef.”

Selena and Bella had public drama in 2017 when Gomez started dating Hadid’s ex-boyfriend, singer The Weeknd.

Both of these women unfollowed each other on Instagram, and that attracted the attention of fans. Selena and The Weeknd broke up in October 2017. This November, she re-followed Hadid on Instagram. The sources revealed the two talked after Hadid took the post down when there was speculation it was because of Selena. It wasn’t. “Bella told Selena it was never about taking a shot, the model simply deleted because she didn’t like the pic,” the source added.


After the conversation, Gomez commented a second time on a fan account’s Instagram in order to explain she should not have spoken out without getting Bella’s side of the story and told the fans not to bully Hadid. “I shouldn’t have spoken without knowing the truth. I’m sorry,” Sel wrote. “Please don’t be hurtful. She is a wonderful person, and it was all a misunderstanding.”

Selena Gomez’s Shocking Bipolar Disorder Diagnosis

Selena Gomez has told Miley Cyrus in an interview that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

She was interviewed by fellow Disney alumnus Miley as part of her  IGTV series, Bright Minded.

During this 20-minute segment, two friends took the opportunity to reconnect, since they had not spent much time together since they left Disney. When Cyrus asked how Selena had been processing the coronavirus pandemic, the conversation led to mental health.

Selena revealed that she had recently visited Massachusetts’ McLean Hospital, which is one of the leading mental health facilities in the country. “After years of going through a lot of different things, I realized hat I was bipolar,” Gomez said.

“I was equal parts terrified and relieved – terrified because the veil was lifted but relieved that I finally had the knowledge of why I had suffered from various depressions and anxieties for so many years.”


“I never had full awareness or answers about this condition. When I have more information, it actually helps me; it doesn’t scare me once I know it,” she added.

You do 10 reps of each movement and then repeat the entire sequence 3 times.

  1. Cat-Cow Warm-Up

On all fours, position your shoulder over the wrists and your hips over your knees.

Then inhale up into the spine as you arch your back, lift your chin and chest, and gaze upwards.

  1. Fire Hydrant + Leg Extension

On all fours, stack the shoulder over the wrist and bend your other shoulder. Square off your hips.

Lift one leg hip-high, then extend and stretch it back. Keep the abs pulled in and isolate your glutes.

  1. Single Leg Pelvic Lift on Toes

While you lie on your back, raise one leg up and place the toes on the floor, while keeping your shoulders down.

Keep the pelvis square while using your glutes to lift and lower.

  1. Ab Crunch Toe Tap

You should initiate this move from the center core. While lying on your back, place the hands behind the head with elbows wide and lengthen the back of your neck.

Then curl your head up, lift the legs into table-top and squeeze them together. Lower and lift your head and legs together.

  1. Ab Twist Straight Leg

Scoop the abs while lifting and stretching one leg up as the opposite arm reaches the toes.

  1. Side Plank Hip Dip With Twist

Stack the shoulder over the wrists. Keep the neck long and hips square. Lower your hips and exhale as you twist your torso.

  1. Kneeling Chest Expansion

Kneel tall, and stack the shoulders over the hips.

Reach your arms shoulder-height while hinging back. While working your arms and shoulders, open the chest wide as you come back up.

  1. Lunge Stretch

Step forward, and keep your knee over the ankle. Stretch the opposite arm up and also stretch the front of your body and hips. Keep the abs scooped in and the shoulders down.

  1. Double Squat Jump

Stack the shoulders over the hips and knees over your ankles. Don’t forget to land lightly when you jump.

Keep the abs scooped in and isolate the glutes for a total of 10 jumps.

  1. Ski Squat

Stabilize your standing foot and then sit into a deep squat. The opposite leg should reach out and in.

Keep the hips square, and abs scooped while placing weight in your standing heel. Try not to bounce and try to keep your shoulders back and down.
