Dwayne Johnson’s 17-year old daughter Simone just graduated from high school, which, naturally, made The Rock very proud. He posted a photo with his daughter, with a caption saying: “And then your babies graduate. Very proud of my first daughter graduating high school, kickin’ a** and is now NYU bound. For this occasion, Simone added special decorations to the top of her cap, which is, actually, references to characters from Avengers: Endgame, more precisely, Captain America (Chris Evans) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan).

In January, Simone’s mother, Dany Garcia, and Johnson talked about their movie Fighting with My Family and explained how they managed to remain professional and work together after their divorce. It was then that The Rock discussed Simone training to be in WWE, following in his footsteps. “When Dany had Simone, and I was fortunate enough to be her father, at … 29 I was still trying to find myself,” Johnson explained at the time. “I was flying by the seat of my pants at that time. I was in WWE… As she’s going into a business that I have enjoyed over the years. It’s brought us even closer together.”

The photo doesn’t reveal much. It features the same video game cartridge from Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, that got the main characters in trouble. The official synopsis is not available yet, so we can only guess what does the cartridge represent. The main cast will be back in sequel, including Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, and Jack Black. They will be joined by Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians, Ocean’s 8), Danny Devito (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Dumbo) and Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon, Sorry to Bother You), but their roles are still unspecified. Jake Kasdan will direct the movie, and he will also be co-writer of the script, joined by Scott Rosenberg, and Jeff Pinkner.

The late Robin Williams starred in the 1995’s Jumanji. Its sequel, named Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, earned $962 million worldwide, which was surprising. Jumanji 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on 13th December. We can’t wait to see if the movie will be able to repeat the same success.
