Dwayne Johnson make a public announcement for Jumanji: The Next Level

The most paid actor in the Hollywood, a former wrestler, Dwayne Johnson, make a public announcement on his Facebook that the new movie sequel to ’’Jumanji: the Next Level’’ will be out there in just 11 weeks.

So, we are going to the jungle, for the third time, at the end of the year. When the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle arrived in December 2017 in the theaters it became an instant mega-hit, earning $962 million on a $100 million budget. This sequel and reboot of the 1995 kids classic was smashing hit at the box office and became one of the most successful releases ever of the Sony Pictures.

Jumanji: The Next Level trailer

The first trailer for this movie Sony released at the surprise of the audience on July 1, settling the title of the movie as Jumanji: The Next Level. In the first teaser, you can see the well-known movie crew and the piece hilarious plot of the movie sequel.

Jumanji: The Next Level release date

The famous adventure comedy is out on December 13, 2019, in the United Kingdom and the United States.

This movie will be out at the same time as Star Wars movie The Rise of Skywalker, and Sony hopes to beat up this movie at the box office as when that happened in 2017.

The shooting of Jumanji The Next Level began at the beginning of the year, in January, and was finished in May, after five months of shooting.

In this comedy action, the heart and the engine of the movie’s crew are Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillian, and Jack Black, as it was in the previous sequel. Alex Wolff, Ser’Darius Blain, Morgan Turner, and Madison Iseman are the young counterparts which will be joining the crew in this movie.

What we know from the first trailer that Johnson’s Dr. Smolder Bravestone character will be played by Danny DeVito’s new character, Spencer’s grandfather Eddie, and Hart’s Franklin ’’Mouse’’ Finbar is played by Danny Glover’s new character Milo. We also will be watching Rhys Darby in the role of the NPC players’ guide Nigel, and Nick Jonas will be playing one more time Jefferson ’’Seaplane’’ McDonough.

Colin Hank, who is playing the grown-up version of the Alex character, said for the Hollywood Reporter that he cannot discuss or confirm, or deny anything involving the Jumanji sequel with the exception that he is in it.

Besides DeVito and Glover in the new movie sequel, we will watch Crazy Rich Asians star Awkwafina and Dania Ramirez, but we do not know anything about their roles.

The director of the movie is Jake Kasdan, and the producer is Matt Tolmach. The writers are Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner.


Jumanji: The Next Level plot

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle ended when the four friends destroy the Jumanji video game so anyone else cannot be trapped in the jungle world, but what we saw in the trailer tells a different story. Spencer, who is played by Wolff decides to recover the game and go back to the jungle.

We can read in the official plot synopsis: ’’ In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back but the game has changed’’.

’’As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, to escape the world’s most dangerous game.’’

Maybe in this sequel, we finally find out what Jumanji is, and where it came from, and who creates it.

The movie is in the theaters on December 13, 2019.

Hollywood heavy-hitters Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan are all headed back to the mysterious video game jungle world this winter. Sony revealed the first look at the successful sequel to their 2017 blockbuster “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.”

In the newest adventure, the familiar gang returns to the world of Jumanji, but the video game world is vastly different. The twist is that the grandfathers of two original players, played by legends Danny DeVito and Danny Glover, get transported into the game and become the in-game avatars of Johnson and Hart. The newbies must battle the elements to escape the many dangers which lurk at every corner and save Jumanji once again.

Rhys Darby, who plays one of the players, says the following: “This next adventure is even more challenging, and remember the future of Jumanji is in your hands.”

The confused character of Johnson asks, “I have one important question, who is Jumanji?” adding to the overall suspense and confusion. Hart’s avatar keeps it going with, “Is that Barbara’s boy?”

Jake Kasdan directs again, and he is the co-writer alongside with Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg. Awkwafina, Danny DeVito and Danny Glover join the cast from the original, and the movie is produced by Jake Kasdan, Matt Tolmach, Johnson, Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia.

“Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” is based on the famous 1995 film starring Robin Williams. It was a successful movie and a huge box office smash, accumulating $962 around the world. The long-awaited action-packed sequel arrives into theaters on December 13 this year.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson Shared a Heartfelt Post on Instagram About a Fan of Jumanji


Dwayne Johnson made a post on Instagram that has got us all emotional. The post was about an encounter he had with a fan on the set of the upcoming movie – Jumanji 3. Maybe you should prepare some tissues before you read it…

Their conversation started with the dan told Dwayne a story about his mother.

The post-Johnson put up was a video and the caption read: “As a man, it’s a whole other level when you hold another grown man with tears in his eyes. I’ve held a few. A few have held me. This man lost his mama and she used to compare us. You’re right brother, she’s looking down at us – and she’s proud of you. Also, your son’s a good-hearted kid. After that Johnson also shared another post that yet again, made us feel all of the emotions, but this time he talked about the director of the movie, Jake Kasdan.

The new installment of the movie is expected to have most of the previous cast some of them being Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas and of course Dwayne Johnson.

We were happy to see behind-the-scenes, wild locations for the movie Jumanji 3 which were shared by Dwayne Johnson. The famous Rock returns as Dr. Smolder Bravestone in the new sequel of the popular film. The new movie is filming on a very specific, crazy, and wild locations.

Dwayne Johnson, a 46-years-old actor, and ex-wrestler showed up for the first time in the iconic franchise in 2017 in the movie Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and he had remembered, important role.

The film crew recently were in Atlanta and shoot important scenes of the new movie. There is a long way to the end of the filming Jumanji 3, but Dwayne Johnson, posted a photo on Instagram and wrote a caption:

The production of the movie confirmed that Nick Jonas will return as an aircraft pilot Alex/Jefferson `Seaplane “McDonough.

The plot of the book and the first Jumanji film from 1995 tells a story about a magical board game. The interesting part of the story starts when wild jungle animals came in the real world.

There is a new photo from the filming of Jumanji 3. They are filming the sequel currently and we can expect it to be released at the end of 2019. And like always Dwayne Johnson is the one that is the most active on social media channels, so he decided to share an interesting photo from the filming of the movie.

He didn’t spoil much, but he revealed that his character Dr. Smolder Bravestone and Ruby Roundhouse, the character of Karen Gillian, are sharing some feelings. And a bonus is that you can see some new costumes that their characters will be wearing.

They are in a cave and they certainly have more clothes on themselves than in the previous movie. And what’s most important is that they look like they are in love and like they are enjoying each other company. So, that means that there will most definitely be some romance in the upcoming sequel of the Jumanji. We don’t know yet did Martha and Spencer fall in love between the movies, or they fall in love with this one, but we know that it will be very interesting to see them together.

But besides that, there is no other information about the sequel. There still isn’t an official title of the Jumanji 3. We do know what stars from the last movie will be in this one, The Rock, Karen Gillian, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black. But there are also some new cast members like Danny DeVito, Awkwafina, and Danny Glover.

We already knew that there will be a sequel to ‘Jumanji’ movie, and it will be in theatres this winter. Sony Pictures studio shared a first photo from the movie, on social media. We can see in the photo the returning cast, Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan.

The previous movie ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’ was the highest-grossing movie from Sony Pictures’. It earned an astonishing $36 million in the opening week, in 2017. And at a worldwide level, it earned more than $962 million. It earned $557 million overseas and $404 million at domestic markets.

This studio is very successful, and it has some great franchises, like ‘Spider-Man’ and ‘Hotel Transylvania’. And because these movies are so successful, we can say that ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’ did more than a great job with the title of Sony Pictures’ highest-grossing movie.

The sequel should be released in December of this year, alongside with some other great movies, like ‘Cats’ musical, ‘Star Wars: Episode IX’, Sony’s own ‘Masters of the Universe’ reboot, ‘The Call of the Wild’, and many more.

The official synopsis is not available yet, so we can only guess what does the cartridge represent.
