The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are officially giving up their roles as royals at the end of March 2020. They are starting a new life on the 1st of April. Some have an opinion that this is maybe an April fool’s joke or that they are making fun of the whole royal family and their duties.
This news shook the whole United Kingdom, especially the Queen.
Since the big news, Queen could not find a minute alone with her grandson, Prince Harry. Last weekend, she finally had a chance to say a few loving words to him. Even Queen Elizabeth felt devastated when she heard the news, she cannot deny the love for her grandson!
At the end of their hearth-warming talk, she told him the following: “You are much loved and will always be welcomed back.” The Queen is maybe disappointed, but she is not angry! Harry and Meghan can rejoin the royals if they decide to.
Meghan and Harry are planning to spend most of their time in Canada and the United States. Sure they will be busy, but will they catch some time to visit the United Kingdom?
