Duchess of Sussex is said to have been refused by the Walt Disney Company, commonly known as Disney, they have limited plans to work with Meghan, as she is a highly controversial figure at the moment. According to reports her agent was trying to find her a role with the film company.
Former Suits actress is believed to be trying to get back into the acting industry, as she and her husband Prince Harry, embark on a new chapter of their lives devoid of royal duties. According to Daily Mail, an unnamed film executive has confirmed that there are indeed limited plans to work with the Duchess, or securing a big role. Speculation goes further, as she allegedly told her agent to find her a superhero role with Marvel. The unnamed film source said that: ” Meghan needs Disney more than Disney needs Meghan. She’s a controversial figure. People won’t be able to get past the fact she’s Meghan Markle.”
A source close to Meghan’s Hollywood agent Nick Collins told her she “can’t carry a film”. They further disclosed that she would like her comeback to be in a group setting, in something like a superhero movie. Meghan is available and open to all the best offers. She has done voice-over work for Disney in the past, but she is hoping for a role on screen.
