Kylie Jenner recently dropped $15 million on a vacant lot in Hidden Hills, and it’s apparently a record amount of money.
The makeup mogul acquired 5 “mostly-flat acres” from the purchase, according to TMZ.
Vulture further reports that while the land is currently completely empty, Kylie also had plans approved for an “18,000 sq. ft. monster mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for full-time security detail, sports court, and a pool.”
The land was previously owned by fellow celeb, Miley Cyrus, from 2015 to 2018.
But the “Slide Away” singer who kept her horses there – sold the place for $5 million.
The new owners demolished Miley’s ranch and eventually sold the land to Kylie.
News of the record purchase comes just days after Kylie paid out $36.5 million for a mansion in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills.
Kylie also owns a $13.5 million mansion near Beverly Hills, a vacant lot in La main residence: A $12 million home in Hidden Hills. Quinta, and, of course, her main residence: A $12 million home in Hidden Hills.
