Facemasks for Keeping the Skin Fresh

We all want to achieve glowing, supple and soft skin. However, often, this goal is slowed down by our skin we are trying to improve. Excess oil, acne, and dryness leave that goal for smooth skin out of reach. If that wasn’t bad enough, pollution, harsh chemicals, and the sun’s piercing UV rays can make your skin wrinkled and dry. It is enough to make you want to stay at home.

However, that is not a great solution, so we must look at some other options that will keep our skin healthy and hydrated. We have compiled some of the best homemade hydrating face masks to help you achieve supple, glowing and soft skin without the need for any painful medical treatments or expensive creams.

Oily skin can be pretty hard to fix. That is because the oil usually masks the dry skin that is underneath. If you want healthy and shine-free skin, you should try this banana and honey hydrating face mask. For this, you will need bananas, organic honey, and some fresh-squeezed orange juice, although the juice is optional.

First start by mashing 1 fully ripe banana in a bowl, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of organic honey and mix them thoroughly. You can also stir in a spoon or two of freshly squeezed orange juice if you want.

To use this hydrating mask, you will first need to wash your face with warm water. Then massage the banana mask into your skin, and make sure you completely cover your T-zone. Leave it then for about 20 minutes to get all those hydrating benefits. Rinse the mask off again with warm water and pat your skin dry with a towel.
