The £305 Million Party House for Celebrity Parties

The mansion consists of 10 apartments, 11 bathrooms, 3 pools, a luxurious garden, and an amphitheater with 500 seats. It is located on the French Rivera. A bouble mansion is a place where A-listers party.

The Palace Bulles or the Bubble Palace was bought by Cardin at an auction in the early 90s when the previous owner, a French Industrialist, died. The place was used to host runway shows and after-parties. The owner listed it for sale for £300 million in 2015 but didn’t attract any buyers.

Now, it is on the market with Christies International Real Estate, and its current price is £305 million. Many celebrities have been there, like Pierce Brosnan, Rhys Ifans, and Cressida Bonas, Prince Harry‘s ex-flame. Brosnan’s 40th birthday party was also held there. Besides, the Dior Cruise collection was held there during the Cannes Film Festival in 2016. The stars who walked the runway there include Marion Cotillard, Dakota Fanning, and Zoe Kravitz.

It was reported that this is the most expensive property in Europe.

The 1,200-square-metre home was built between 1975 and 1989 by a Hungarian architect called Antti Lovag.

Its theatre overhangs the sea, and it caused Cardin trouble after he added to the structure without getting planning permission first.

They demanded he returns the site to its original state.

The idea of selling-up has been on his mind for some time, and he has continually spoken of wanting to offload his global label for €1billion (£835million).

He sold his textile businesses in China for £160million in 2016.
